HR Mentors
The HR MENTOR Programme strives to foster a cooperative network among Human Resource Professionals, as well as to cultivate a sense of community bonding.
This provides an opportunity for seasoned HR Professionals to share their knowledge and experience with new HR Practitioners or those who aspire to be part of the vocation. It benefits new HR employees by giving them a friendly resource where they can benefit from the coaching, guidance and encouragement a mentor can provide. Experienced HR staff would gain a fresh perspective and develop new relationships. Members of the HRmatters21 community can get in touch with any of the following HR Mentors for guidance.
