  Executive Committee Members

Martin Gabriel began his career with the Ministry of Manpower as an Inspector enforcing the Employment of Foreign Workers Act. His 3 years with the Ministry provided Martin with the experience of enforcing labour regulations and was an inspiration in his decision to make HR his career after leaving the government service. With over 16 years of experience as a HR Personnel, Martin is presently the Chairman and founding member of HRmatters21, an online HR interest group which provides a vibrant forum with HR issues being discussed. Martin is also the Chairman of the HRmatters21 Committee that is involved in the development of Human Resources in Singapore.

With his vast experience in Human Resources, Martin has embarked on providing consultancy services to numerous companies. Some of his areas of expertise include, drafting of employment contracts and formulating HR policies.

Martin’s experience has also expanded into training. To date, over 800 HR personnel and Managers from Non-HR functions have attended his training programmes. His experience includes developing training needs analysis for resorts in Indonesia. Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce with double major from the University of Tasmania and a Diploma in HRM.

R. Dilip Kumar is a lawyer by profession. In 1990 he received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from NUS. In 1992 he joined the Ministry of Labour as a prosecutor dealing with cases involving the Employment of Foreign Workers Act. Later he pursued his law degree at the University of Leeds and graduated in 1996. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1998 and has been a practicing lawyer since. In his 8 years in practice he has had a wide area of experience in Labour Law, Family Law, Insurance Law, Criminal Law and others. He is especially known to be an expert in Labour Law due to his background and knowledge. Dilip is also the Deputy Director and legal advisor to hrmatters21

Danny S obtained Masters majoring in Corporate Management in 2004 with Distinction. Over 15 years in HR profession, working in multinationals in Malaysia and other parts of the world, which includes variety of manufacturing entities and service industries. Overall 24 years of experience in the business industry. Speaker at many HR networking work shops, motivational speaker for organizations, universities, colleges and schools, Guest Speaker's for several Major Varsities during Career Fair throughout Malaysia and overseas. A Freelance lecturer in Strategic Management Topics and Human Resources. Conducts courses related to HR Law which includes Managing Industrial Relations, Understanding of Labour Law, Basic Understanding of Industrial Relations Law, Domestic Inquiry, Grievance Handling, Strategic HR, while other faculties in HR such as Implementation of Skill Matrix, Introduction of Non Executives PDS systems, Understanding of Project Hang Tuah (Supervisory Skills Development Program), Management Trainee Programs, Young Engineers Programs, Mentor Mantee Programs, Supervisory Development Programs, Kaizen, 5S / 6S, Security Program "Crime Prevention and Detection System (CPDS), Incident Command System (ICS) for ERT, Environmental Issues and Implementation.
